Search can be accessed from:
- The Menu
- The Dashboard via the magnifying glass icon
From either access point, selecting Search brings up a separate Search screen to find employee information and/or production records.
Users do not need to specify which category of information they are searching for. Simply begin typing in one of the following:
- Employee Name
- Employee Number
- Production Record Number
All results will populate in the drop-down, with the most relevant appearing at the top of the list. Selecting the drop-down options results in the following:
- Employee: If a user selects an employee name or number, he/she will be directed to the Employee Profile.
- Production Record: If a user selects the production number, he/she will be directed to the production info page which confirms who the production record was credited to, when it was created, any edits that have been made to the record, and the ability to print a receipt for that specific record. The user can long-press the record on this page in order to edit it or delete it.
