How to Download TeamViewer on the device - 📱

From the login page

1. Click on settings in the bottom right-hand corner
2. In the Help section of the app settings, click on TeamViewer navigate_next
1. You will be redirected to our PickTrace Help page
3. Enter the password: Y337 and click submit
4. Click on TeamViewer Quick Support (All Devices Version 13) to download it
5. Click on QS Chainway C70 Addon to download this Addon if you are using a C70 device or click on QS Chainway C66 if you are using a C66 device.
1. Once the TeamViewer V13 and the Addon are downloaded, you will receive a notification on the notifications panel of the device
6. Access to the notification panel by swiping your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom. 
7. Click on the "download complete" notifications to install both the TeamViewer and the Addon download_for_offline / download_done
1. In case this installation is requesting special permissions you will be redirected to the settings
2. On the C66, you will be redirected to the "install unknown apps" page, enable Allow from this source toggle_on
3. On the C70, you will be redirected to the "Security" page, enable Unknown sources toggle_on

Once they are installed, follow steps 1 & 2 to access TeamViewer

If you already have it installed, you will be redirected to the main screen of TeamViewer. If your ID is not appearing on the TeamViewer screen, please check your network connection

 

 

From the dashboard

1. Click on menu on the top left hand of the screen
