Block Change
- Before moving from the block, first, enter the pieces the employee has finished.
- Switch to the check-in application and move the worker to the next block.
feedback Key Notes:
• The worker should have finished the row before moving the employee to the next block
• Pieces should always be entered in before checking the employee into the next block
• The worker waits to move to the next block until the checker has credited their units. Once credited, they bring their ID to the next block with them. Workers keep track of their own tree counts
Scanning Units
1. Select the Site and Location
2. Select the piece rate
3. Scan an employee
4. Enter the tree count
5. Confirm the tree count
feedback Key Notes:
• Units should always be credited when the block is finished. If the workers stay in the same block all day, then units should be credited at the end of the day. If multiple block changes occur, the pieces should be entered at the end of each block
Validating Units
- Navigate to History Icon
- Choose employee mode
- Confirm employee counts
feedback Key Notes:
• Checkers should not validate the tree counts per row until after the workers have moved to the next block and have been credited, or after the day has finished
• The checker can count the trees in each row and make any edits necessary
• Any changes made to pieces should be communicated by the checker to the worker the next time they see each other
